Having been in education for a combined 40 years plus, we have built up and developed strong, close relationships with schools in Birmingham, Worcestershire and Warwickshire.
The personal contact we have had with local schools over the years, means that we are in the privileged position of having access to schools that many other agencies may not.
Online Application
Becoming part of the Secured Supply family, will begin with your online application. Simply complete the online registration form, upload your CV and click ‘send’!
Once we have received this, we will then require you to complete a full application form.
Face to Face Meetings
If your application is successful, we will be in touch with you to arrange a face-to-face meeting. This will enable us to get to know each other better, providing foundations for a successful working relationship.
Safeguarding Checks
Your recruitment to Secured Supply will be subject to the appropriate Safeguarding and legal checks and your documents will be held securely by our Safeguarding and Compliance Team.
Confirmation of First Placement
The next step is simple – once we have discussed your availability, we will be in touch to arrange your first placement in one of our many wonderful schools and your journey with Secured Supply as a substitute teacher will begin!

We see CPD opportunities as essential, to enable you to further your career as a supply teacher. Whether you are an ECT or a more experienced teacher, we are here to support you. Our knowledge and experience within schools allow Secured Supply to personally provide you with professional development opportunities.
As well as providing work for qualified teachers, we also have vacancies for HLTAs, Teaching Assistants, Senior Leads, Nursery Practitioners and the wider school staff.

Getting in touch is easy – simply complete the online form and upload your CV. We will then require you to complete a full application form and if successful, invite you to a face-to-face interview.
Secured Supply will then proceed to carry out all safeguarding and legal checks in line with KCSIE 2022 (including online searches). Once searches have been satisfied, you will then be invited to formally register with us.
We will keep you informed every step of the way.
You will be employed directly by Secured Supply and this enables us to offer highly competitive rates of pay.
