Secured Supply is a teacher-led agency; Francesca and Natalie, as qualified teachers with recent classroom experience, are passionate about matching staff to schools to ensure that they are successful in their posts.
We know that supply teaching is a profession in its own right and we continually aim to encourage our teachers and support staff to continue to develop professionally in their roles.
We work closely with staff and schools to ensure that everyone is valued and treated with respect and compassion at all times.
Prior to becoming a joint Director of Secured Supply Ltd, Francesca enjoyed over 20 years working across a number of primary schools in Birmingham.
She has extensive experience of working in an inner-city setting and understands both the demands and the joy that this brings. Francesca has led a number of curriculum areas and has, in recent years, taken on the role of supporting teachers and supply staff with planning and executing the curriculum.
She continues to be passionate about children’s education and is dedicated to the development and wellbeing of staff working in the education sector. Francesca is also a qualified ESOL teacher and has taught adults within further education in both Italy and the UK.
On a personal level, Francesca is a proud mother of 2 daughters and understands that a work-life balance creates a happy employee. She enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and walking the family dog, Bailey.
Natalie is motivated to ensure that children have access to an exciting and inspirational curriculum and this has been at the heart of her role as a school leader for over 11 years.
She brings a wealth of experience from a range of educational settings including, Primary, Secondary and Higher Education.
Natalie has trained teachers through a range of different routes and has a keen interest in the development of Early Career Teachers to ensure that they are able to enjoy a lifelong career in education.
Since becoming a Director at Secured Supply Ltd, Natalie has been able to bring her experience of recruiting a wide range of staff across the settings in which she has worked to ensure that their skills and attributes are well-matched to roles advertised.
Natalie has always had a passion for English and Reading, leading on the subject for many years across different schools. Natalie has also worked as a Local Authority writing moderator and has recently published her first children’s book.
Andy Carry has been appointed as Head of Compliance at Secured Supply.
Like the rest of our team, Andy comes from a strong educational background and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role.
With more than 30 years of dedicated service in education, he has worked as a Teacher, Headteacher and Executive Headteacher, gaining extensive experience across all aspects of school leadership, safeguarding and governance.
Andy’s deep understanding of the education sector ensures that compliance, safeguarding and quality remain at the heart of everything we do.
His expertise supports our commitment to providing schools with fully compliant, high-quality staff and giving our clients complete confidence in every placement we make.

Hi – I’m Ralph! I am a loving and compassionate cockapoo and I work as a Dog Mentor in schools with my brother, Ted. We are available to provide emotional and academic support to children.
